The rooms were very comfortable, the location and the views were great, with the views of the river on one side and the massive San Mamés Stadium at the front which we were looking at from our bedroom window. In the city centre, next to a beautiful green park and the bus station was just down the road! We will definitely be back again some day.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. There was plenty of space for luggage and clothes. Th bath/shower was good and the towels were very large.

Overall we had a very good stay, but the highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast. Incredibly tasty and with lots of choice regardless of time. It was also running until 11am which was quite convenient for us. Asides the breakfast, the staff was very nice and the room was very spacious and clean. They even accepted to hold our luggages for half day, which made a big difference for us.

It was a good two night stay. The hotel was straightforward to get to from the city bus station and close to the Peggy Guggenheim Museum. Bed was good and comfy, the room could've been a bit larger but was ok. Plenty of choice of food and drinks for breakfast.

The location is excellent- right across from the Athletico Bilbao stadium, short walk to the bus an metro stations and a very nice stroll to the Guggenheim, Puppy and Gran Via! The food was outstanding, wonderful fresh ingredient, lots of flavour and expertly prepared- and that was for a group of 25, which is never easy. Staff are courteous, welcoming and very helpful!

Perfect location for attending a match in San Memes. Close to metro and bus station. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nice room.

Convenient location within easy walking distance of city parks, restaurants, shops and the Guggenheim. We loved the Hotel’s Miradores restaurant with views over the river. Modern stylish bedrooms with a bath and ours had an extra large bed.

The bed was amazing... Super king size and extremely comfortable. Location was perfect, don't think you could stay closer to a stadium without the hotel being part of it 😁. The staff from the start of the trip to the end were wonderful, all professional and courteous and welcoming.
